Stuart Little is the titular main protagonist of the franchise of the same name.
In the films, he is voiced by Michael J. Fox, who also voiced Milo James Thatch from Atlantis: The Lost Empire. In the animated series, he is voiced by David Kaufman, who also voiced Danny Phantom.

- Tragic Past: When he was an infant, his biological parents were killed in a grocery shopping incident as they were crushed by a pile of soup cans. This results in Stuart growing up in an orphanage for years since no one wanted to adopt him because he is a mouse.
- Forgiving: Stuart easily forgives the Stouts, Snowball and Margalo for pretending to be his parents, trying to get rid of him and stealing his mom's ring respectively.
- Is a Primary-Color Champion: Stuart has white fur and while his outfit varies in color, he is primarily seen wearing a red and yellow shirt and a pair of red shoes.
- In the animated series, Stuart wears a yellow T-shirt over a red long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and red-and-white sneakers.
- Is a Challenge Seeker: Not even size stops Stuart from taking on a big challenge in order to prove his inner strength.
- Is an Underdog: In spite of his small stature due to being a mouse, Stuart manages to defeat a cat, a falcon and a cougar by using his wits, which grants him respect and admiration from his family and friends.
- Is a True Hero: Stuart risks his life to save others without asking for anything in return.
- Is a Mascot with Attitude: Stuart is rather adventurous, has a dappy taste of clothing, drives a car despite being a preteen and is known for his bravery, friendliness and intelligence.
