Stitch, also known as Experiment 626, is one of the titular main protagonists of Lilo & Stitch.

He is voiced by Chris Sanders.

What Makes Him a Shonen Hero?[]

  • Heroic/Honorable: In Leroy & Stitch, Stitch led the revolution of aliens against Dr. Hamsterville and his army of clones of his evil twin brother Leroy and has saved the galaxy from being conquered.
  • Courageous/Reckless: Stitch is willing to risk his life to save Lilo from Captain Gantu after she is kidnapped by him.
  • Energetic: Stitch is rather hyperactive.
  • Stubborn: Stitch refuses to give up, no matter what anyone tells him otherwise.
  • Pursues a Big-End Goal: In Lilo & Stitch: The Series, Stitch wants to look for other Experiments (i.e. his cousins) to expand his newfound ohana.
  • Hard-Working: Despite his mischievous and destructive tendencies even after his redemption in the first film, Stitch does his best to be a good person.
  • Optimistic: Stitch manages to keep a upbeat attitude regardless of the situation.
  • Believes in the Power of Friendship: Stitch values his newfound family and his own cousins to the point of uniting them to help him defeat Dr. Hamsterville.
  • Possesses Plot Armor: Stitch manages to survive explosions and other perils that are nearly impossible to escape. He even survives drowning despite his inability to swim due to his massive molecular structure.
  • Short-Tempered: Stitch can be quick to anger, occasionally to the point of being violent.
  • Big Eater/Drinker: Stitch has an enormous appetite, both for food and objects.
  • Mischievous: Stitch is well-known for being incredibly mischievous.
  • Rebellious: Stitch is the first Experiment to defy his programming and led the revolution of genetically engineered aliens against Dr. Hamsterville.
  • Is a Blood Knight: Given that he was originally programmed to be destructive, Stitch can be seen enjoying fighting his enemies.
  • Is a True Hero: Out of a desire to protect his friends and family, Stitch saves the world from various threats.
  • Is a Mascot with Attitude: Stitch is rebellious, mischievous and fearless. His journey from a destructive experiment to a loving family member showcases his growth and depth. Stitch’s unique abilities, combined with his quirky charm and defiance of expectations, make him stand out.
