Pit is the main protagonist of the Kid Icarus series.
What Makes Him a Shonen Hero?[]
- Heroic/Honorable: Pit has protected the humanity and the heavens from threats, including Medusa and Hades.
- Courageous/Reckless: Pit has encountered and defeated enemies without fear. Pit accepts Dyntos' challenge of fighting against the recreation of Pit's past enemies and Pit proves that he is worthy of wielding the Great Sacred Treasure by passing the challenge.
- Stubborn: Despite Pit has his army, he seldom fights with his army. Also, his loyalty to Palutena is unmatched. Pit strongly follows the "angel's code of conduct".
- Hard-Working: In Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters, Pit is charged with training, which includes acquiring the Three Sacred Treasures.
- Unintelligent: Though Pit has shown his combat skill, he has trouble understanding complex vocabulary used by Palutena and cannot detect sarcasm from others.
- This is best shown when he screams that he never learned how to read whenever he dies in Smash Bros.
- Spiky Hair: Modern design Pit has spiky hair.
- Has Rivals: Dark Pit is Pit's rival.
