Pac, also known as Pac-Man or Pacster, is the titular main protagonist of Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures.
He was voiced in the show by Erin Mathews in English, Naoko Sugiura in Japanese as a baby, and Yuka Terasaki in Japanese as a teenager. In the games, he was voiced by Erica Mendez.
What Makes Him a Shonen Hero?[]
- Heroic/Honorable: Pac has saved Pac-World numerous times from various threats, mainly Betrayus.
- Courageous/Reckless: Pac is usually the first into battle and can make his share of reckless decisions.
- Energetic: Pac has many excitable moments.
- Stubborn: Pac refuses to give up.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: After years of growing up without his parents, Pac sets out to find out what happened to them.
- Unintelligent: While he is knowledgeable about the ghosts in the Netherworld, Pac is mostly absent-minded and thinks with his stomach more than with his head.
- Optimistic: Despite his cynical moments, Pac is overall an optimistic kid.
- Determined: Pac refuses to give up, no matter what stands in his way to help others.
- Resilient: Pac doesn't let his failures prevent from continuing with being a hero.
- Believes in the Power of Friendship: Pac values his best friends Spiral and Cylindria and admits that he wouldn't have save Pac-World without them by his side.
- Possesses Plot Armor: Pac occasionally uses Power Berries to save himself and his friends from deadly situations.
- Oblivious to Love: Pac doesn't seem to be aware of Pinky's crush on him.
- Big Eater/Drinker: Much like his gaming counterpart, Pac is known for his gluttonous appetite.
- Mischievous: In the first episode, Pac is shown to take pleasure in pranking school bully Skeebo.
- Is a Primary-Color Champion: Pac has yellow skin, blue eyes and wears red shoes.
- Is a Teen Hero: While his exact age is unknown, Pac is stated to be a teenager in high school.
