Mirio Togata, also known by his hero name Lemillion, is a major supporting character in the My Hero Academia franchise. He served as the deuteragonist of the Shie Hassaikai arc.
He is voiced by Tarusuke Shingaki in the Japanese version of the anime, while in the English dub, he is voiced by Ricco Fajardo as an adult, and Megan Shipman as a child.
What Makes Him a Shonen Hero?[]
- Heroic/Honorable: Mirio participated in a war in order to save the world from All For One and Shigaraki.
- Courageous/Reckless: Mirio risks his life to save innocent children like Eri, and he even performs weird choices of attack like his rump in front of the villains as an form of attack to defend his friends.
- Energetic: Mirio has plenty of hammy and excitable moments.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: Mirio wants to save a million people as a hero.
- Hard-Working: Mirio trains very hard with his Quirk to the point of being able to break one's arm with one punch.
- Optimistic: Mirio manages to remain cheerful despite his hardships.
- Idealistic: Mirio believes that he can be able to save a million people.
- Possesses Plot Armor: Mirio manages to survive a Quirk-destroying bullet from Overhaul while saving Eri.
- Has a Rival/Mentor: While he doesn't engage in rivalries often as a Class 3-B student, he had Monoma from Class 1-B serving as somewhat of a rival of his due to Monoma's infamous reputation as the rival of the whole Class 1-A made Monoma gain more dislike than respect from others in the academy. He also views Sir Nighteye as a mentor figure.
- Spiky Hair: Mirio has spiky hair.
- Is a Primary-Color Champion: His hero costume has red, white, and blue on top of a great deal of white as well as some green and yellow. Togata also has blonde hair and blue eyes.
