Leo Dooley is the deuteragonist of the Lab Rats franchise. He was portrayed by Tyrel Jackson Williams.

- Heroic/Honorable: Leo has saved the world on multiple occasions by going on missions around the world.
- Courageous/Reckless: Despite his childish attitude, Leo does not hesitate to save his family and friends, with and without bionics.
- Energetic: Leo is a fun-loving kid and can be excitable and loud at times.
- Stubborn: Leo rarely listens to his stepfather Donald's warnings about touching his inventions due to his habit of accidentally destroying things with them.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: After receiving his bionics from his step-uncle Douglas, Leo wants to become a bionic hero in his own right.
- Hard-Working: Leo trains to become a bionic hero at the Bionic Academy and eventually becomes a mentor.
- Optimistic: Leo usually finds the bright side of any situation.
- Believes in the Power of Friendship: Leo views Adam, Bree and Chase as his best friends and would risk his life to save them.
- Possesses Plot Armor: Leo experienced a near-death experience when he got electrocuted by Marcus. Thankfully, he was wearing a vest that protected him from the impact.
- Short-Tempered: Though not as quick to anger as Chase, Leo can be irritable at times.
- Has Mentors: At the Bionic Academy, he was mentored by Adam, Bree and Chase.
- Rebellious: Being a teenager, Leo is prone to this behavior, especially towards Donald's strict rules.
