- Energetic: Kay Faraday is energetic, which is shown by her dramatic introduction and her enthusiastic reactions.
- Stubborn: Kay Faraday quickly views herself as Miles Edgeworth's assistant and acts as such despite Miles Edgeworth's initial distress.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: After finding that her father Byrne Faraday is the Great Thief Yatagarasu, Kay Faraday adopts the title, searches for Miles Edgeworth, tries to bring the criminals to justice, and strives for a sufficient the court system.
