Helen Parr (née Truax), also known as Elastigirl, is one of the main protagonists of The Incredibles.
She is voiced by Holly Hunter.

- Heroic/Honorable: Elastigirl has saved the world multiple times throughout her superhero career and stops villains like Syndrome and Screenslaver.
- Courageous: Elastigirl is willing to risk her life to not only protect her family and allies, but innocent people as well.
- Stubborn: Though not on the same level as Bob or Dash, Helen is not above disobeying orders if it means doing the right thing.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: Elastigirl wants to protect the world from various threats.
- Hard-Working: Elastigirl is diligent when it comes to protecting the world and raising her children alongside her husband Mr. Incredible.
- Optimistic: Elastigirl manages to maintain an upbeat attitude despite her stressful home life.
- Determined: Despite how heavy the obstacles are to overcome, Elastigirl will never back down from a battle.
- Confident: Though not cocky by any means, Elastigirl is very strong-willed and believes in herself enough to not hesitate to save others regardless of the obstacles.
- Possesses Plot Armor: Alongside her family, Elastigirl manages to endure various perils without permanent injuries.
- Short-Tempered: Though she is usually the most level-headed of the family, Elastigirl can lose her cool from time to time, specifically when she punches Mirage out of assumption of her husband having an affair with her.
- Mischievous: Helen sometimes teases her husband.
- Forgiving: Helen forgives Bob for hiding his firing from his job and his secret superheroics from her and the children.
- Is a Blood Knight: Though she is more subtle about it compared to her husband and eldest son, Elastigirl takes a fair amount of joy of fighting bad guys.
- Is a Primary-Color Champion: Like the rest of her family, Elastigirl currently wears a red costume with a yellow and black logo, and her original costume was red and white.
- Is a True Hero: Helen proves herself to be incredibly noble to the point of being appointed as the lead representative of the National Supers Agency.
- Is a Mascot with Attitude: Helen is level-headed, rides a motorcycle and uses her elasticity to swing around buildings.
