Shonen Heroes who have a long history of screwing up their own plans (and/or their allies' plans) and are more likely to fail rather than doing something seamlessly (unless their rivals or villainous counterparts are just as inefficient and bumbling).

However, this still doesn't take away the fact that some of them can still be fairly intelligent, have talent or can succeed at certain goals they set out for themselves (but not all) due to their long history of shortcomings (ex. arrogance, cowardice, weak strength, poor planning, stupidity or general lack of common sense) that hinders most of their plans as heroes.

NOTE: Keep in mind that this category only refers to incompetence in terms of heroism and helpfulness, not professionalism or occupational skills, the latter would just go under Dimwits, Arrogant or Misguided instead.
