What is the Work?
Static Shock is an animated series based on the DC comics series, Static. It focuses on Virgil Hawkins, a teenager who develops electromagnetic powers after an incident with gangsters and becomes a superhero to defend Dakota from various villains.
Who is the Candidate?
Virgil Hawkins, also known as Static, is the titular main protagonist of Static Shock. He was voiced by Phil LaMarr.
